PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy, kept simple.

Crestmont Reviews ("we," "us") sells NFC review plaques and Google Business Profile setup help to local businesses in Florida. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Our website

This website has no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

When you contact us

If you text, call, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your business name. We use it only to respond, schedule your setup, and support your order. We keep it as long as we have a business relationship with you, or as long as required for tax and accounting records.

When someone taps a Crestmont plaque

Each plaque opens a short crestmontreviews.com link that forwards to the business's Google review page. When a plaque is tapped, we record that a tap happened: the time, which plaque, and the general region (country and state) reported by our hosting provider. We use this only to show the business owner how often their plaque is used. We don't record who tapped, their name, their phone number, or anything they write in their review.

Reviews are posted on Google, not on our systems. Google's own privacy policy applies there.

Payments

When we take payment, it's processed by our payment provider. We don't store full card numbers. We keep receipts and order records for accounting.

Google Business Profile setup

If we help set up your Google Business Profile, you remain the owner. We work with you on your own account or with manager access you grant, and we never ask for your password. You can remove our access at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Text or call (407) 346-1602.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
