REFUND POLICY
It works, or you don't pay.

NFC review plaques ($50 single · $80 two-plaque set)
- Tested before you pay. We set up your card in person and tap-test it with you. If we can't get it to open your Google review page, you don't pay.
- 30-day refund. Not happy for any reason? Return the card(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- 12-month replacement. If a card stops working within 12 months because of a defect, we'll replace it free. This doesn't cover cards that are lost, cut, bent, or otherwise damaged; replacements for those are available at a reduced price.
- Link changes are free. If your review link changes, such as a new Google listing, we'll update your card at no charge.
Google Business Profile setup ($200)
- Before we start: full refund if you cancel.
- After we start: you pay only for the work completed, and we refund the rest.
- Google controls profile eligibility, verification, suspensions, and search ranking. We can't guarantee those outcomes, so they aren't grounds for a refund on their own. If Google won't accept your business for a reason we should have caught before starting, we'll refund your fee.
What we never promise
Crestmont cards make it easier for customers to reach your review page. We don't guarantee a number of reviews, star ratings, or Google rankings, and a lack of new reviews isn't a defect. Customers choose whether to leave a review and what to say.
How to request a refund or replacement
Text or call (407) 346-1602 with your business name and what's wrong. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
